Mixed night is played every Wednesday evening. Tee times will be reserved from 4:30pm - 6:30pm for Mixed Night participants. New golfers are encouraged to participate.
Anyone who pays a green fee and plays in the men's day game will receive a pass for a discounted round on either Saturday or Sunday of the same week they played. This pass allows you to play on either Saturday or Sunday of the same week and receive 15% off the price of a green fee and power cart rental.
SPECIAL YEAR LONG PROMOTION
Participation - Each time you participate in Mixed Night during the season, your name will go into a draw for a chance to win a $150 Golf Shop Credit (valid during the 2010 or 2011 season).
The format and most of the rules are as follows:
- We play 2-person scramble for 9 holes. Each person hits from the tee. From the two shots, the team then selects which ball they will use for their next shot. Both players hit from the chosen ball. The team continues this process until the ball is holed.
- There is no restriction on how many drives each person must use.
- There are 6 ways in which an individual or team can win.
They are as follows:
- Closest to the pin male.
- Closest to the pin female.
- Lowest score on a mystery hole.
- Highest score on a mystery hole.
- Lowest total score.
- The entry fee is $5.00 per person.
- The 5 prizes will never exceed $30 each. Most of the prizes will be given out as Golf Shop Credit. If more than 15 teams participate, any additional money will be randomly drawn. In the event we have less than ten teams participate, the mystery prizes will be eliminated. Ties will be broken by a coin toss. Winners of any of the main 5 prizes will not qualify for the random draws. Generally, we have an employee of the restaurant choose the mystery holes each week.
- Barring any unforeseen circumstances, winners will be announced every Wednesday night so please stick around and have something to eat while golfers are still out on the course. The winners will also be posted in the Golf Shop the following day.
- Both female and male participants will tee off from the red tees for the closest to the pin competition. The closest to the pin contest will be on hole #3 or hole #13 depending on which 9 holes are being used.
- Be sure to book your own tee time and make an effort to switch up your foursomes.
- If a foursome is not possible please participate anyway. It is not like you will be able to plan a vacation with the prize money.
- Ensure that your entry fee and scorecard are given to me or the Golf Shop staff at the conclusion of your round.
